Bring your pup out to the Belton Parks & Recreation's annual Soggy Doggy Day to play with friends at the Harris Community Splash Pad! This is a day that the splash pad is reserved exclusively for doggos! Treat bags with lots of goodies will be given to each dog and Scotti's Italian Ice will be there serving up cool treats! There will be photo-ops & a paw art station to capture the memories of the day!
