About this Event
This 2-hour women’s circle is designed to gently soften those frozen places — in the body, the heart, and the nervous system.
Through long-held Yin Yoga postures, we’ll invite the body to release stored tension and emotions. Yin works deeply with the connective tissues and the nervous system, helping us let go without force.
From this grounded, open state, we’ll move into a guided hypnosis journey, allowing the mind to rest and the subconscious to release old patterns that are ready to dissolve.
WHAT THE 2 HOURS INCLUDE
Yin Yoga for Emotional Release
Long, supported postures focused on hips, pelvis, spine, and heart — areas where women often hold unprocessed emotions.
Nervous System Regulation
Slow transitions, breath awareness, and stillness to move out of survival mode.
Guided Hypnosis Journey
A gentle, safe inner journey to:
- release emotional stagnation
- reconnect with inner warmth and clarity
- create space for what wants to emerge next
Closing Integration
A short sharing or grounding ritual to help you return feeling clear, lighter, and more connected.
This circle is for you if:
- you feel emotionally or energetically stuck
- your body feels heavy or tense
- you want to release without talking too much
- you’re craving softness instead of pushing
- you want a gentle transition toward spring
No prior yoga or hypnosis experience needed.
