This retreat offers a nurturing space for you to tune inward, explore your inner needs, and discover what truly supports your well-being. Often, it’s easier to show compassion to others—but this is your opportunity to extend that same kindness to yourself.

Through movement, skincare rituals, and mindful practices, you’ll be guided back to your intuition and inner calm.

What to Expect

Opening Ceremony: Begin with a grounding meditation using water as a symbolic element to reflect on how self-compassion shows up for you.

Gentle Yoga Flow: Enjoy an easy yoga session designed to help you step out of your head and into your body.

Hands-On Skincare Workshop: Indulge in a self-care ritual focused on self-touch and connection. Learn techniques to nurture your skin and soul. Participants will receive thoughtful gifts, including a headband and a chamois, to enhance their experience.

Sound Bath Journey: Drift into a state of relaxation with a soothing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to guide you on a light, meditative journey.

Closing Circle: Gather together and integrate the day’s experiences.

Snacks & Integration: Enjoy light snacks, tea, and elixirs while relaxing by the pool.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the retreat. Cancellations made prior to the 48-hour window will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
