➡️ ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUM
In response to modern challenges, SMK College of Applied Sciences is organizing a symposium to unite academics from Lithuania and abroad with leaders in science, policy, and business. The event will address global crises such as Covid-19, AI, hybrid work, mental health, and financial instability, seeking new solutions by combining diverse perspectives.
The 2024 Symposium will focus on building resilience in a rapidly changing world, addressing the challenges faced by individuals, organizations, and communities. Through open dialogue among educators, employers, public sector representatives, and business leaders, the symposium aims to explore ways to thrive amidst the complexities of modern life.
➡️ THE AIM OF THE SYMPOSIUM is to explore and address the complex challenges of our rapidly changing world by fostering open dialogue and collaboration among academic communities, policymakers, and business leaders. The 2024 Symposium will focus on the following key themes:
💠 Mindful Living: Enhancing resilience and well-being through strategies that address mental health, digital mindfulness, and the inclusion of diverse populations.
💠 Mindful Education: Promoting positive learning environments by developing resilience, soft skills, and entrepreneurial mindsets in education.
💠 Mindful Employment: Building resilient workplaces, creating meaningful and adaptable work environments that meet the challenges of contemporary leadership, organizational culture, and workforce development.
