Adam drives the operational success of Compliance Chain. He is responsible for not only overseeing the day-to-day operations but also ensuring that the software solutions developed by the company meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Adam's leadership and strategic vision drive the continuous improvement of Compliance Chain’s offerings, ensuring that they are robust, reliable, and aligned with the evolving needs of the industry.

His dedication to continuous improvement and achieving excellence is aimed at not just meeting but exceeding the built environments expectations, reinforcing his unwavering commitment to the industry’s advancement.

Fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, such as contractors, professional services and public sector clients allows Adam to elevate operational strategies, manage teams effectively and optimise the Compliance Chain offering.

With 12 years social value experience, Lizz started her career in Stakeholder Engagement within Social Housing over a decade ago. She then moved into Bid Management for a Multi-disciplinary organisation servicing New Build, PPM, FM, Material Supplier, Waste Management and Access Equipment Bids, later leading the successful Bid Management and Marketing function for an SME M&E Contractor.

Lizz specialises in Tender Management, Social Value Insight and Consultancy for Private/Public Sector and now looks after Compliance Chain’s public sector clients, focussing on the development, user experience and processes to support Social Value Planning, Programming, Capture and Comprehensive Case Study reporting.

Jack Wycherley, now Assistant Business Manager at Burmor Construction ( an SME based in Peterborough), has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Management in Education and Training as well as Public relations and Client engagement having been a self employed Property Manager for some time. His current role at Burmor is to facilitate and report on all their Social Value Measures across all live construction projects as well as facilitating company initiatives and schemes including Building Women and Sustainability Planning.
