Come join us for a fun-filled day of sewing and socializing at Karori Arts & Crafts!

Come join us for a fun-filled day of sewing and socializing at Karori Arts & Crafts! Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone who loves to sew. Bring your latest project or start something new - either way, you'll have a blast chatting with fellow sewing enthusiasts. Bring your current project or get inspired by others' creations at our friendly gathering. Share tips, tricks, and stories while working on our projects together.

Don't forget to pack your sewing machine, fabric, and any other supplies you'll need. We can't wait to see what you create! You will need to bring your own machine and materials. Please bring an extension lead and multipoint box if you have one. (Don't worry, though—we have some in the centre, too!) We'll supply an iron and ironing board to share, as well as a table and relatively comfy chair each. There are also spare cutting-out tables at a taller height. You are welcome to come along and work on hand-sewing projects.

A kitchen is available on site and supermarkets as well as cafes are very close by.Parking is free and there are 3 dedicated spaces for the centre as well as others closeby.

Cost: Free for members of the Karori Arts Centre or $15 per person payable directly to KACC. (Membership of the centre is $105 annually and also gives you reductions on classes and access to other groups)

Please do NOT attend if you are sick (even just a little bit!)
