Social Services Networking Fair

This could be the most productive two hours of your year! Come learn about the service offerings of organizations across the region, bring information about your programs to share, and meet face to face with other service providers to build a "warm referral" network.

We know it takes a village to serve our clients well. So come meet the neighbors! This is a perfect opportunity if you have a new program you want people to know about, if you've noticed a need for a service you don't provide, or if you're trying to build or rebuild your referral network.

In just two hours, you'll see posters from organizations across the region, meet other social service providers in a speed networking session, and walk away with dozens of new contacts and program information all in one convenient digital slide deck!

There will be door prizes, snacks, and a few surprises! Don't miss it! Early bird tickets are just $20 so register by March 11th! All proceeds will benefit the Health Equity Partnership's Youth Advisory Council.

Info: Check in and put up your poster so you'll be ready to do the poster walk at 10:00!

Info: Grab coffee and a midmorning treat and take a stroll around the room to get a snapshot view of dozens of programs and service providers. Bring your own poster or create one using a template we provide. And no need to stay with your poster. Participants will jot questions on the blank sheets between posters. We'll come together for Q&A at the end of the morning!

Info: Get ready to make the rounds! Sixteen rounds, to be exact. In a series of 3 minute 1-to-1 conversations, you'll make connections with people who can help you serve your clients better. Miss someone you really wanted to connect with? Have a follow-up question that just can't wait? The last 5 minutes are a follow up free-for-all!

Info: Our facilitator will read out some of the most asked questions from the poster walk, and we'll open the floor for anyone who has an answer - in 30 seconds or less!
