Join us for our NEW Sister Circle Social Series of events in 2025! Each social has a specific theme of focus from business to personal and in this Social we are focusing on creating community impact through our small business! If you are passionate about using your businesses to make a difference in your local community and beyond and are actively seeking ways to integrate community impact and giving back alongside your entrepreneurial journey--this event is for you! Come fill up your own cup with inspiring conversation, a panel of business owners sharing their own wisdom and experiences, and time to intentionally connect with other small business sisters!

About our Panelists...
Panelist & Owner of Brilliant Bodywork: Stephanie Andresen Stevens
Stephanie graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in Onalaska, WI, and has a Bachelor of Science in Business from St. Mary’s University, an Associate Degree from Minnesota State College Southeast Technical, advanced training in chemical peels and microdermabrasion at the Basali’ Institute and is also certified in Laser Therapies through the National Laser Institute. She is also the region’s ONLY Certified Medical Oncology Aesthetician and has reached the level of Reiki Master Teacher! Stephanie has been published in multiple publications for not only her work in the spa industry but her work in Restorative Ink as well. Restorative Ink is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking free removal of branding tattoos that were forcibly placed on their bodies to show ownership. https://restorativeink.com/
Stephanie has been awarded with over 30 international awards, has been a recipient of the Jefferson award, and has also received the title of Esthetician of the Year two years in a row. What do you enjoy most about your job? “I love working alongside the best professionals in the industry and helping clients feel more comfortable in their own skin. I love getting to know our clients on many levels and helping to find long-term solutions to their skin concerns.” What are the values that drive you? “Passion, honesty, authenticity, empathy, courage, charity, education, philanthropy, and adaptability!” What do you enjoy doing outside of work? “I enjoy spending time with friends and family doing things like gardening, singing, crafting, baking, fishing, thrifting, entertaining, and volunteering.”

Dr. Carolyn Colleen Bostrack, Ph.D., is an award-winning author, international speaker, executive leader, and humanitarian whose work inspires transformation and resilience. She is the founder of the FIERCE Foundation, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional success.
Carolyn is the author of F.I.E.R.C.E: Transform Your Life in the Face of Adversity, 5 Minutes at a Time! and co-author of Academic and Educational Entrepreneurship, works that have impacted thousands globally. As a UN Delegate for the Commission on the Status of Women, Carolyn champions overcoming adversity and bridging divides through communication and leadership.
Her mission is to foster respectful dialogue and collaboration through effective communication and leadership. Carolyn's FIERCE Action Framework equips individuals and organizations to tackle adversity with courage and clarity, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare, leadership, and executive coaching, Carolyn's work has touched lives around the world. Her impact is seen not only in her leadership initiatives but also in her ability to spark transformation, inspiring others to thrive against all odds.
