¡La previa más esperada ya está aquí! Nos unimos para una activación colectiva en un ambiente inmejorable. Esta vez no habrá grupos por ritmos: rodaremos todos juntos, disfrutando del ambiente y guardando fuerzas para la meta del domingo.

📍 Punto de encuentro: Stand de COMPEX (Pabellón 7 - Fira del Corredor). A las 10:00 salimos!
🏁 Recorrido: Salida desde el stand de Compex hasta Plaza Drassanes y vuelta al stand de Compex donde nos espera la mejor recuperación.
📏 Distancia: 5 km aprox.
⏱️ Ritmo: Máximo 5:30 min/km (¡ritmo de activación total!).

Detalles del evento:

• 🎒 Guardarropa: Puedes dejar tus pertenencias en el mismo stand de Compex antes de empezar.
• 🤝 Sin grupos: Iremos todos en un único bloque para fomentar la piña entre corredores.
• 🚀 Objetivo: Soltar piernas, despejar la mente y compartir los nervios previos a los 42k.
• 🍻 After-Run: Al terminar en Drassanes, ¡celebraremos el último entreno antes del gran día!

The most awaited pre-race event is here! We’re joining forces for a collective shakeout run in an unbeatable atmosphere. This time, there won't be pace groups: we’ll run all together, enjoying the vibe and saving energy for Sunday’s finish line.

• 📍 Meeting Point: COMPEX Stand (Hall 7 - Expo Sports / Fira del Corredor). We start at 10:00!
• 🏁 Route: From the Compex stand to Plaza Drassanes and back to the stand for the best recovery.
• 📏 Distance: Approx. 5 km.
• ⏱️ Pace: Maximum 5:30 min/km (Total activation pace!).

Event Details:

• 🎒 Cloakroom: You can leave your belongings at the Compex stand before we start.
• 🤝 One Group: We’ll run as a single pack to build that pre-race community spirit.
• 🚀 Goal: Loosen the legs, clear the mind, and share those 42k pre-race jitters.
• 🍻 After-Run: Once we finish at Drassanes, we’ll celebrate the last training before the big day!
