Meet the Social Communication Pathway (SCP) navigators and MPCF for a friendly ear to talk to and community signposting advice.
About this Event

This session is a relaxed opportunity to speak with the MPCF and autism navigator teams for community signposting, peer-to-peer support, and to share your views about what support would be helpful from the Social Communication Pathway's needs-led service.

There will be some small activities available for those who wish to partake in a little bit of self-care during this time.

Pastries and refreshments will be available throughout the session.

You are welcome to arrive or leave any time between 10am to 12pm.
