Soccer For Charities 2024 - A Celebration For Education

Ladies & gentlemen, dear friends:

We are delighted to announce this year’s edition of Soccer for Charities, and we are honored to invite you to take part in this unique opportunity for great fun... for even greater good! This year's event will be held on Saturday October 12, 2024 (Columbus Day Weekend), starting at 9:00am, at Riverside Park. Following the excitement on the field, please join us for food and drinks at a nearby bar. Remember, this is a fundraising event and we would LOVE to have you... We will play 20-minute games at 6v6 with 3 games guaranteed per team. No age or skills required! teams can be CoEd. Please help us reach our $20,000 goal, even if you are not able to join in person, or play! Soccer for Charities IS ON, and we are look forward to seeing you, whether for the first time, or again! Thank you again for your continued support of this mission, Excellence Plus Foundation has made remarkable strides in transforming education for underprivileged children. In just a few years,the foundation has offered more than 600 full student scholarships; and has elevated the Elementary School of Khan from 14 students with a 31% passing rate to 66 students boasting an impressive 100% passing rate on national exam for the fourth year in a row. Through a successful partnership with Books Without Borders, they have also established a 12,000-book library and community reading center, and now access to clean water. They provide scholarships, mentorship, and teacher sponsorships, believing education is the key to unlocking potential and uplifting communities. Looking ahead, Excellence Plus aims to enhance its impact by expanding access to clean water, electricity, and eventually expanding support to middle, high school and college education.
