Come join us for our last high-energy cycling event at East Of Eden! Get ready to do Your favourite Soca Cycle routines from the past year. Get ready to party on the bike. This event will have you moving and grooving to the infectious Caribbean tunes. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a fun workout, Soca Cycle is the place to be. Don't miss out on this unique fitness experience!

Please understand that your health is your responsbility. Exercise carries its own risk so you should never exercise beyond your ability. If you have any doubts in regards to your fitness, any medical conditions that may affect your safety or if you are pregnant you should seek advice from your doctor before partaking in any fitness activity. Soca cycle is beginer friendly but please be aware that this is a high-intensity class.
Please note, parts of this class will be filmed and photographed for social media purposes. If you have any issues with being on camera or if you're sensitive to flashing lights please inform us on the day.
