London, get ready for the ultimate summer roadblock. This is not your average workout—this is a high-energy, open-air carnival fitness parade and lakeside link-up!On Sunday, 12th July, MSV Club is taking over South London. We are setting up a massive mobile music float and heading out for a scenic 5km multi-pace fitness parade tracking the stunning waterfront loops and beautiful green spaces of Burgess Park.No boring gym routines. Just pure community, culture, and motion.🔥 THE EXPERIENCE
- The Silent Float: Grab your glowing LED wireless headphones and tune directly into a live, continuous mix streaming straight from our mobile carnival sound float on the move.
- The 5km Parade: We walk, light jog, jump, and sweat strictly inside the park walkways to the absolute best in Soca & Afrobeats.
- The Soca Afrobeat After Party: Once we cross the finish line, we step straight into an open-air festival fete right by the scenic lakeside.

- 🎧 Wireless Headphone Ticket (£20): Includes full rental of your glowing MSV LED headphones for the live audio stream during the parade and after-party. (Strictly limited to 100 headsets!)
- 🌳 General Parade Entry (FREE): Want to join the parade, soak up the atmosphere, and vibe with the community without headphones? You are 100% welcome. Registration is free but mandatory!
🎗️ Moving with a Purpose: MSV Club is dedicated to lifting our communities up. Surplus proceeds from this event are proudly donated directly to the Sickle Cell Society.
🎒 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Dress Code: Bright neon fitness wear or your favorite summer festival gear.
- Rep Your Heritage: Bring your flags, rags, whistles, and maximum energy!
- Hydration: Bring a personal bottle of water to stay refreshed.
- Arrival: Please arrive at 11:00 AM sharp for check-in and headphone distribution. The mobile float moves at 11:30 AM!
- DJs, sounds, and all entertainment can only be heard through the silent headphones
