Carnival season may be done, but we’re just getting started! Join us for an exclusive Beginner Friendly Aerial Yoga Class while Repping Your Flag with pride.

Choose from two class times: 4:30 PM or 6:00 PM to stretch, fly, and vibe to some Soca beats.

Attire: Come dressed in all white or all black yoga gear. No need to bring your flag we’ve got that covered!
