Join us for our final summer soap-making session as we say goodbye to sun-soaked days and hello to nourished, glowing skin. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your own cold process soap infused with aloe vera—a powerhouse ingredient known for calming, hydrating, and healing sun-kissed skin.

We’ll guide you step-by-step through the soap-making process, using skin-loving oils, soothing botanicals, and your choice of natural scents. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned DIYer, this class is a relaxing, creative way to treat your skin and yourself as the seasons shift.

In this class, we’ll break down the soap-making process in a way that’s easy to understand, perfect for beginners and curious creatives alike. You’ll learn:

Then the real fun begins! You’ll get to make your own soap by combining your oils and lye, and then choosing your own custom scent and natural colorants to create a batch that’s totally you.

Whether you're looking to learn a new skill, treat yourself to a creative experience, or just have a great time with friends, this workshop is a perfect way to do all of the above, and leave with something beautiful and useful that you made.

Session is approx. 60 -90 min.

Safety Goggles/ Apron/ Gloves will be provided.

Minimum age requirement is 12 years of age (with guardian) or older.

Participants will be handling Lye (Sodium Hydroxide), safety gear and responsible instructions will be provided, participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to class.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required.

About White Lily Shoppe:

The workshop will be led by Bianca, the owner of White Lily Shoppe, a local natural soap brand founded in 2019. After several years into her Social Services career, she decided in 2022 to pursue her creative passion for the art of soap making. As a self-taught artisan, she has achieved remarkable success, strategically selling her products at local pop-ups, farmers markets, and securing partnerships with boutiques nationwide, in addition, Bianca teaches soap making workshops across the DMV area and is dedicated to a mission of educating others on the simplicity of cleansing our bodies with the simple ingredients found in nature.
