Soap-Making: Shampoo Bar

Join Melissa Falcone, farmer at True Cut Ranch, in person for a fun and hands-on workshop where you'll learn to make eco-friendly shampoo bar using the same recipe our family uses! In 2024 we began with a first batch of soap and haven't looked back! Now our family makes all the dish soap bars (goodbye, blue stuff!) and shampoo bars to help get our dishes and "cavemen" sqeaky clean after a day of hard work on the farm.

Our shampoo bar will be made from organic castor oil, organic coconut oil, olive oil, True Cut Ranch clarified lard, and choice of essential oils that is safely mixed with a lye solution. See each part of the process, and participate as much as you wish! Then you'll get to take your shampoo bar home to finish the curing process then enjoy.

Guests are welcome to:
