We’re taking over PRML for one night to do what we do best, bring good people together for a fun night out with a wellness twist.

Think sauna, cold plunge, live sound bowls, and a refreshing bevy in hand all rolled into one social evening. Over 90 minutes you will move through guided sauna breathwork, cold plunges suported by sound bowls, and social hangs. It will be rooted in playfulness, community and designed to have you leaving lighter brighter and more connected.
