Use your adventurous spirit to take on this 30 mile route in the heart of the Snowdonia landscapeYou don’t have to be a professional at cycling or kayaking to take on this challenge and with all equipment hire included in the registration cost this is the perfect weekend away at one of the UK’s greatest adventure playgrounds.
The day will start with breakfast, after which you will be allocated you bike and jump in the saddle to start your challenge, pedaling along the picturesque coastline towards Snowdonia National Park. At the base of the mountain you’ll swap your bikes for boots and begin your ascent of the highest peak in England & Wales, the mighty Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) at 1085m.
You’ll ascend via one of the quieter routes, the Snowdon Ranger Path. On reaching the peak, there’s time for a victory photo and a quick breather before your descent to Llanberis. The grand finale of the day will see you paddling around Llyn Padarn completing a large circuit of the lake, to smash through the finish line and celebrate with a glass of bubbles with your fellow challengers.
