Settle into a quiet practice of a slow and stretchy Yin Yoga and deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga, before settling in with blankets and cushions for a Sound Journey with the Crystal Bowls and Percussion instruments. Yin Yoga is a practice of longer than normal holding of the postures that you know from Hatha - with slight variations and the use of props to help getting comfortable. Restorative Yoga is a practice where you completely held by props to enable deep relaxation to occur.
The sound of Crystal Singing Bowls will send you deeper into a meditative state as you rest, restore and rejuvenate the whole body, mind and spirit.
