Smoked meats and Burning of the Cuttings seem like a natural partnership, right? That’s why we’re serving Smoked Meats Flights! The Iron Grille is cooking up three mouth-watering meats and we’re pairing them with wine. Each flight includes:

- Bacon Cinnamon Roll - smoked bacon with cinnamon bun spices topped with a sweet white icing paired with Vidal Blanc

- Beef Burnt End - beef brisket burnt end drizzled with homemade barbecue sauce paired with Vignoles

- Smoked Chicken Cordon Bleu - chicken, ham, Swiss & Gruyere cheese mix, all topped with a Swiss and Gruyere cheese sauce and paired with Oak Vidal Blanc
