Welcome to the 2026 Smoke Rise Trail Run Half Marathon, 10k, 5k! The race starts at the beautiful Blevins Gap Land Trust along picturesque Green Mountain. This trail race is designed for both new and experienced trail runners alike. The average temperatures for race day are a low of 59F, high of 81F. Aid stations will have bottled water and individually wrapped snacks.

To be guaranteed a Smoke Rise T-shirt you must be registered before April 30th. We should have enough however if there are 1-2 sizes that we run out of, those participants will receive a super soft RunningLane t-shirt.
The race shirt will be a tri blend t-shirt shirt. Age groups will be: 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ for the 10K and Half Marathon. ALL runners will receive a sweet finisher medal.

This race has a hard cap of 250 runners. All runners who sign up for the race will receive a t-shirt and awesome finisher medal. We will also grill out for the runners after the race.
Packet pickup will be on Friday, May 8th, 2026 @ RunningLane from 12-5pm. RunningLane is located at 2407 Memorial Parkway SW, Ste 1, Huntsville AL 35801. Also, there will race day packet pick up at the race site the morning of from 6am-7am but we encourage you to get there as early as possible!
