We meet at 8 AM in the parking lot at The Beanery/Juice Buzz for a 3–4ish mile loop.
Very beginner friendly — we’ll keep about a 14–15 minute pace by doing 1 minute intervals of walking and running - so everyone can feel comfortable joining!
Then afterwards, we reward ourselves with a treat at The Beanery or Juice Buzz!
Come run, walk, jog, or just show up for the vibes ☕️
The goal is simple: move, get outside, and start Sunday with good people. See you there!
