SESSION INFORMATION: To consider and vote on the proposed merger of the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association and Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® into Greater Denver REALTORS® (GDR), with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2027, and to approve the related governing-document changes necessary to implement the merger, including the proposed governance and board transition. The complete terms of the proposal are set forth in the proposed merger agreement and proposed bylaws available below. The SMDRA membership vote will be conducted and certified separately from the DMAR vote.
