SMART Recovery Support Group – Wilton

Take charge of your recovery! SMART Recovery provides a judgment-free environment for people seeking a self-directed path. Our experienced facilitator guides open discussions using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy tools, empowering you to identify triggers, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve recovery goals.

• Identify and overcome challenges that hinder motivation.
• Build self-compassion and self-acceptance
• Practice relaxation techniques like mindfulness and deep breathing.
• Develop healthy emotional regulation skills.
• Build a strong support network of friends and family.
