Program Highlights: The SMART Recovery program is structured around a 4-Point Program:
Building and Maintaining Motivation: Identifying personal reasons for change and enhancing the desire to overcome addictive behaviors.

Managing Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors: Utilizing cognitive tools to address unhelpful thinking patterns and emotional responses.
