Join us in at the studio in February for our winter book club meeting, where we will discuss HOW TO BE WELL by Amy Larocca. A journalist, Larocca experiences a variety of wellness trends and explores what has created and sustains our cultural obsession with being "well."Our book club always welcomes new members—and we are happy to see folks whether they practice yoga with us or not. If you have an interest in the topic, grab the book, read as much as you want, and come for our chat.
