About this Event

You asked, we answered!

Our community wanted a deeper focus on nutrition — and we’re excited to deliver. This year’s Smart Ageing Summit will explore the interplay between diet and longevity, led by our keynote speaker Prof. Chris van Tulleken: New York Times bestselling author of Ultraprocessed People, BBC Science Presenter, UCL Professor, and Medical Doctor.

Expect inspiring insights, energising movement breaks, and a joyful, engaging atmosphere throughout the day. More speakers to be announced soon!

Ticket Options

We’re pleased to offer a range of ticket choices so you can join us in the way that suits you best — from accessible options to a premium VIP experience.

Early Bird — With Gourmet Lunch

This option offers outstanding value, combining our lowest summit rate with a beautifully prepared gourmet lunch, thoughtfully designed to accommodate most food intolerances and preferences.
It’s the most complete standard summit experience — and the best deal — but available only for a limited time.

Early Bird — Without Lunch

Our most affordable in-person option, giving you full access to all sessions, movement breaks, and uplifting summit activities.
A fantastic way to experience the full energy and insight of the day at the lowest possible price.

VIP Ticket Options

Our VIP Tickets remain at a fixed price and include a bundle of exclusive bonuses. Both VIP options include:

A premium virtual goodie bag
An exclusive in-person giveaway
Combined minimum RRP of £100
Priority touches throughout the day to enhance your experience

Choose the version that suits your preferences:

VIP Ticket — With Gourmet Lunch

Enjoy everything in the standard “With Lunch” ticket, plus all VIP-only bonuses designed to elevate your summit experience.

VIP Ticket — Without Lunch

Prefer flexibility? This ticket offers full summit access and all VIP perks without the gourmet lunch — still delivering exceptional value and exclusive additions.

All attendees will enjoy regular refreshments throughout the day, with nourishing nibbles including dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options, plus complimentary tea and coffee.
All guests will also receive first access to the summit recordings.

Disclaimer

The Oxford Longevity Project is proud to be sponsored by Oxford Healthspan. However, as a Community Interest Company (CIC) and not-for-profit organisation, we currently operate at a loss. To ensure we can continue hosting the Smart Ageing Summit and create regular, evidence-based content for the community, we have priced our tickets accordingly. Your support directly helps sustain our mission — thank you.
