The Garden Club of Montclair invites the public (FREE ADMISSION) to step into a vibrant world of color and creativity at its upcoming “Great Escapes” Small Standard Flower Show, a celebration of nature’s artistry that offers something for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned gardener, a floral design enthusiast,
or simply in search of a moment surrounded by
beauty.
The Small Standard Flower Show will feature three
captivating divisions:
Horticulture: Showcasing the finest specimens
from local home gardens.
Flower Design: Stunning arrangements that
highlight the artistry of floral composition.
Botanical Arts: Unique, functional creations
crafted from fresh and dried plant materials.
While visiting, guests are encouraged to explore
Montclair’s hidden gem — The Avis Campbell Gardens
— a historic oasis lovingly maintained by the club for
more than 70 years, located behind 60 South Fullerton
Avenue.
This year’s “Great Escapes” also marks the beginning of
a special countdown: the club’s 100th anniversary in
2026, a century of cultivating community and
celebrating the beauty of the natural world.
