Aspiring developers and community-minded entrepreneurs are invited to attend the Small-Scale Development Workshop hosted by the Incremental Development Alliance. This full-day event will take place on Friday, November 14th, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Community Center, located at 722 E. 9th Court, Panama City, FL 32401.Designed for individuals looking to take their first steps in small-scale real estate development, the workshop offers a big-picture view of development strategies that build community wealth through incremental, neighborhood-based projects.
Attendees will also participate in hands-on exercises, including site planning and financial analysis using real-world examples and zoning scenarios.
Registration Fees:
$150 - Early Bird Rate - open until October 24, 2025.
$170 Regular - open until November 7, 2025.
Scholarships are available until October 10th.
