Join us for a creative and energizing yoga experience that blends movement, music, and mindfulness! This class takes you on a journey through a "mix tape" of iconic tracks paired with a dynamic, spicy flow designed by Sarah to connect breath and body with rhythm and heart.We'll close with a deeply restful Savasana (relaxation) Sound Bath with Kim, featuring soothing tones of crystal singing bowls to help you fully unwind and absorb the practice - set against the inspiring backdrop of the Main Gallery at the Center for the Arts (located directly across the street from our studio in Historic Downtown Panama City).
