Join us for a day-long training on how economic development professionals can simplify redevelopment and boost local developers. This session is for North Carolina communities with a National Register Historic District or a district on the National Register Study List.
The training will help small-scale developers and local staff—like Main Street programs and city employees—understand how to use historic tax credits to redevelop historic commercial properties.
Who Should Attend? Main Street Directors, Economic Developers, Historic Preservationists, City Staff, CPA’s, Architects, Engineers, Small Scale Developers, and Downtown or Neighborhood Commercial District Property Owners.
