Make your very own Oogie Booige Luminary for $50
Come out to the Surry Arts Council art room and make an Oogie Boogie luminary to add to your Halloween decor. This will be a great addition to your decor and you can make Mr.Boogie as sinister as you wish. You’ll get to shape and form his head and facial expressions so he can be as mean as you want and you’ll get to paint him too.
