As the glove of autumn takes grip, it's time to surrender and take time to slow down.Sunday 6th October we'll be releasing physically and emotionally through the healing properties of yin yoga. Yin yoga is held for a duration and props such as blankets and pillows are used to support the body. On this Sunday the practice will be completely restorative, and will be open to everyone.
After which, we'll slide into a deeply resounding sound bath taking you on a healing journey of bliss.
Please bring pillows and blankets.
