A hike incorporating slowdowns! We will hike together, and we will wind down with a facilitated yoga class and embrace transitioning back to ourselves.

About the Event:

We will hike for approximately 1.5 mile, and once we’ve reached the beautiful vista view - we will embrace a facilitated yoga class, and hike back down together. Free event - donations are welcome but not required.

What: December Slowdown Hike (Theme: Transition) with a Facilitated Yoga Class

Where: Griffith Park Trails

Meeting Location: Cross streets - Vista Del Valle Dr and N. Vermont Canyon Rd

Coordinates: 34.11818, -118.29498

Parking: Free street parking along Vista Del Valle Dr (do not park on the parking lot across the street - near Roosevelt Golf Course)

Meet time: 9:45 am

Trail Time: 10 am sharp

10 essentials for hiking (and for your safety and well-being)

Yoga mat or blanket for yoga class

snacks + water

poles

Hiking shoes with good grip

First aid kit
