The pace is soft, allowing time to connect with the breath and explore each posture with presence. Each session may vary in theme and focus, and music usually accompanies the flow.
The class is taught in English and is suitable for all levels.

Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
