Close your week with intention and step into Sunday evening with a calming, restorative practice designed to help you truly slow down.
This class begins with a gentle, slow-flowing sequence to ease out tension from the body, linking breath with mindful movement.
Expect accessible slow flows that help you release the physical and mental build-up from the week and weekend.
Towards the end of the practice we will transition into yin yoga—longer-held, floor-based postures that target the deeper connective tissues.
This slower pace encourages stillness, patience, and a deeper connection inward, giving your nervous system the chance to fully unwind.
The class finishes with a guided relaxation, allowing your body to rest completely and your mind to settle.
The perfect combination of movement and stillness, Yin and Yang.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, replenished, and ready to begin the new week with a sense of calm, clarity, and balance.

PLEASE NOTE:
You must be registered on Glofox to join any in studio or online experience.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
We do not allow late arrivals.
Please do not knock on the studio door or reception window if you are late.
Please arrive online via Zoom 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you are not in the Zoom room 5 minutes after the class begins, the Zoom will be disconnected.
We do not offer refunds / exchanges or class carryovers.
