Come and join me to have a go at Slow Stitching. This is a mindfulness activity using needle, thread and a variety of materials to create a piece of free flowing art.
Switch off for 2 hours and let your mind wander as you mindfully stitch and create your piece of art.
All material will be provided. If you need any help or guidance to get you started I will be happy to help.
