A 90-Minute Journey to Deep Relaxation
Join me for a soothing 90-minute gentle yoga session designed to melt away tension and rejuvenate your body and mind.
This calming experience begins with gentle yoga leading into a still yin yoga practice, where you'll be guided through slow, deep stretches that target the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and releasing stored stress.
Following the Yin Yoga session, you'll be guided by Lynz into a state of deep relaxation.

We will start at 17:00 pm on the dot and doors will be locked so please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.
You will need:
Loose and warm clothing, including socks.
A blanket and a pillow
A bolster if you have them (I have a few spares)
