SLOW STITCH MEDITATION: Sunday, February 2, March 2, and April 6: 1-3PM

No experience necessary. Continue your Slow Stitch Contemplative Crafting journey with Slow Stitch Meditation. You will assemble and start to stitch on a fabric collage or set of stitches of your choice. We will explore combining fabric types, colors and stitch textures. We will engage in Meditative Handwork Sessions, focusing on the movement of our hands and the experience of the present moment. Basic mindfulness meditation techniques will be introduced.

Bring to Class: Please feel free to bring fabrics and elements from your stash.
