We’ll be at the stunning new Heritage by Bo Lings, from the family that has set the gold standard for Chinese cuisine in Kansas City for decades. Their legendary dim sum — meaning “touch the heart” — features a variety of small plates perfect for sharing, each bursting with authentic Cantonese flavors.

Dim sum is a centuries-old Cantonese tradition of enjoying a variety of small, flavorful dishes—each crafted to be shared. Served in bite-sized portions, dim sum ranges from delicate dumplings and steamed buns to crispy rolls and savory cakes, offering a delicious mix of textures and flavors.
