Join us for the fourth and final bus tour of the 2025 Housing and Community Development Bus Tour Series!

This engaging experience will showcase housing developments made possible by the City of Kansas City's Affordable Housing Trust Fund!

The tour schedule is below:

8:15 AM - 8:45 AM: Check-in at Habitat for Humanity, 1423 E. Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri 64109

9:00AM - Guided tour of the Mabion, located at 2732 Forest Ave., Kansas City, Missouri 64109

10:00AM - Tour of the Historic Northeast Lofts, located at 5401 Independence Ave., Kansas City, Missouri 64123

11:00AM - Tour of Forest Hill Village, located at 3500 NE Prather Rd., Kansas City, Missouri 64116

12:00PM - Return for a Lunch and Learn event at Habitat for Humanity, 1423 E. Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri 64109

1:00 - End of Event

Lunch will be provided at the end of the tour, courtesy of the Housing and Community Development Department and Grandma's Catering.

This tour will offer a behind-the-scenes look at active construction sites; please wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable attire. Personal protective equipment will be provided.

The Affordable Housing Trust Fund has been a difference maker in affordable housing construction, preservation, and homebuyer support programs, investing over $40 Million in developments located across the City.
