This mindfully-paced, breath-motivated Vinyasa practice is for experienced yogis seeking a meditative experience.Our warm-up, flow sequence, and wind-down are anchored by an opening mindfulness practice, and a closing deep relaxation and meditation.
Playlists are soulful and soothing.
