Whether you're new to yoga or looking for new ways to expand your practice, Slow Flow seamlessly connecting poses in a sequenced flow promoting flexibility, strength and balance; guided by breath, honoring movement. Awaken the breath, quiet the mind, invite your body to feel the bliss of intentional connection.
Our outdoor studio space is set in "Ivan's Orchard;" an ideal environment to become one with nature; nourishing and expanding. Inhale the fresh countryside air, listen to the soothing sounds and the occasional hello "Nah" from our nearby Horse Friends.
This once per month opportunity is your ticket to claiming your inner peace and letting your heart feel into the presence of nature at the farm. *Please bring your own yoga mat.
