Welcome in a mid-morning meditative stretch among the calming energy of Wildfire Dreams Farm. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for new ways to stretch this outdoor Gentle Chair Yoga is accessible to all. A series of gentle seated poses that promote flexibility, strength and balance; guided by breath, honoring movement.
Our outdoor studio space is set in "Ivan's Orchard;" an ideal environment to become one with nature; nourishing the seeds, expanding in the bloom. Inhale the fresh countryside air, listen to the soothing sounds and the occasional hello "Nah" from our nearby Horse Friends.
This once per month opportunity is your ticket to claiming your inner peace and letting your heart feel into the presence of nature at the farm.
You are invited to continue your meditative practice and stay for 'Groom at Noon;' an experience of connective beauty between Horse and Human.
