SLOW FLOW is a wonderful step up from BEGIN and prep for YB FLOW.
Expect what it says on the tin - slow flowing, mindful movement combined with pockets of rest and peace, Yoga philosophy, and a lovely relaxation!
Become familiar with the Yoga Flow style, learn interesting transitions, and explore what works for you and your body.
This is an open level class with plenty of options offered whether you want to take it slowly or challenge yourself!
Please note: You are required to fill in a liability waiver online or in studio prior to your first class, and upon any changes to your health and wellbeing.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle down.
