This style of breathwork is a compliment to the more active transformational breathwork experiences. The slow flow is the yin to the yang. In this slow flow you will surrender into yourself and the breath, bringing you into a deep parasympathetic state, unlocking the nervous system and releasing emotions. Many people experience a deep sense of peace and relaxation and emotional release.

Proper breathing can help you sleep, lower blood pressure, improve your immune system and athletic performance while increasing your overall sense of happiness.
In this session you are guided through an intentional and accelerated way of conscious breathing. This circular, connected breathing pattern allows you to access your subconscious mind, process and release repressed memories and emotions being stored in the body. This is a transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness.
