Welcome to Slow Flow Sundays! Join us for a relaxing yoga session at the Village at Olive Marketplace. Take some time out of your busy week to unwind and rejuvenate your mind and body. This in-person event is the perfect way to start your Sunday off right. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, all are welcome to come and flow with us.

*Please arrive 10-15 mins early to check in & sign an activity/media release waiver.

Don't forget to bring your mat and water bottle. See you there!
