author of the acclaimed book Let’s Choose Less,
which debuted in the Top 5 of Amazon’s Parenting
(Kindle) category.
As a speaker and coach, she
helps overwhelmed families simplify their homes,
schedules, and expectations so they can live with
greater intention.
Her work spans topics like family-friendly routines,
wellness, travel, gift ideas, and essential parenting
strategies. Through keynotes and workshops, she
empowers moms to reduce clutter, ease overwhelm
and choose a life of purpose on purpose.
