Through a unique blend of slow subtle movements gentle breath practices and relaxation techniques you'll be encouraged to explore and uncover your body's movement patterns habitual holding and areas of contraction.
This exploration serves as a pathway for your body to self-correct and release persistent stress-based patterns that might have built up over time tapping into your body's innate wisdom and ability to heal itself.
