About this Event
Come and join us online or in-person as we explore all things calming and for sleep, using wonderful mindful techniques and essential oils.
If you are feeling frazzled, struggle with anxious feelings, or struggling to sleep, this session is for you...
This is a make and take session, so if you join in person, you will be able to implement what you learn about calming oils and dilution, to create a lovely calm rollerball to take home, plus another treat for self care in the home to take away too.
